Fallout 4 Mission Mod (WIP)

This work in progress is a mission mod involving a rogue faction of the Brotherhood of Steel which kidnaps and experiments on Synths. They took up residence in the abandoned bomb shelter of a wealthy man near Somerville Place in order to conduct their experiments in isolation only to be raided by synths attempting to liberate their brethren. Basic level layout is largely set, next is more set dressing and a first lighting pass before adding the navmesh.

The Future of Soweto

Of the few 3D games which are set in Africa, many are set in the plains or jungles. For this exercise I wanted to attempt to emulate the relationships between the rich and the poor by beginning the player in a shantytown outside of a major African city. I used references of both Johannesburg, the capitol of South Africa, and Soweto, a shanty town outside of the city. This level explores a speculative near future where the wealth gap has exponentially increased, leaving the poor removed both geographically as well as physically—a massive wall has been erected outside of the city to keep the poor out.

The Church of Silence

This prototype of a walking simulator was designed as a class selection system. The player is guided to a fork in the road from which they will choose one of two final destinations: a city or a forest. Players are guided by a growing hum which indicates the player's distance from the rune which will summon a ship to end the experience. This project was my first dalliance with Unity's terrain tool, and much was learned about its power and its inefficiencies.
